Swansea Community Farm is the only city farm in Wales, where volunteers care for animals, the environment and each other. The Farm exists to improve wellbeing, build skills, and create a sense of belonging, alongside producing local food and caring for our natural environment.

As an independent local charity, that rely on fundraising and donations to survive, every pound raised enables the farm to offer activities for those most in need, and maintain their green spaces for people and wildlife alike.
